BodyTalk Appointments

These one-on-one sessions are designed to address the unique needs of individuals or groups. Your first session is usually 60-75 min. Subsequent sessions average around 30-45 min.

During a SESSION

Our Advanced Certified BodyTalk Practitioner spends time listening to your goals and your concerns. Utilizing the BodyTalk System of assessing what the priorities are for YOU and YOUR BODY, the practitioner then uses BodyTalk methods to address issues that present themselves. Our General Sessions usually cover these areas:

General Balancing

Most BodyTalk sessions follow a general balancing protocol. Sessions begin by discussing your intake form, your goals for your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health as well as any changes you have noticed since the last session. BodyTalk sessions last about 20-40 minutes but can last as long as one hour.

Family Dynamics

Sometimes family dynamics may need to be addressed in a separate session improving how families get along and communicate. What affects any one person in the family will usually affect everyone else in the family. Addressing the family as a unit helps everyone live healthier and more harmoniously.

Business & Team Dynamics

Businesses and teams can benefit from BodyTalk sessions. Improving relationships and communication within the business or team will directly impact work flow, cooperation and performance, giving your team a competitive advantage.



Access Classes are one-day training seminars that give you a lifetime of benefits. The cortices technique balances the brain by getting the brain out of any mild state of shock, reduces feelings of overwhelm, helps normalize brain function, increases communication between both halves of the brain, and increases communication between the brain and the rest of the body.


The switching technique gets the body further out of overwhelm, like flipping a switch on the breaker box. Symptoms of a "switched" brain include:

Fast Aid is a combination of two techniques learned in the Access class. Fast Aid can be utilized in minor emergencies to allow the body to heal faster. However, even in major emergencies while working along side your medical practitioner/physician, Fast Aid can significantly reduce healing time.

Raindrop Therapy

Typically lasting about one hour, the Raindrop therapy utilizes Vitaflex, reflexology and massage techniques for an overall energy balancing body, mind and spirit.

Neuro-Harmonizing (Neuro-Auricular) Therapy

The Neuro-Harmonizing therapy (also known as Neuro-Auricular therapy) is an advanced Raindrop technique specifically used to harmonize the neurological system especially the synapses of the brain and upper spine.
