Notice Your Intentions
Your intentions can have a great impact on your life. Our intentions can have unexpected consequences both positively and negatively. Your thoughts and the manner in which you set your intentions can create a healthy environment in your body or set up the dynamic for poor relationships either within the body (as illness of any kind) or poor relationships with others.
Once we set our intentions and check our attitude surrounding them, then we can move toward manifesting what we intend. Let’s say someone continually comes home late. “But, honey, I had every intention of coming home on time!” That may be true, but if the attitude is “it really is ok if I am late,” then the intention will have the unintentional outcome of always being late.
Notice your intentions as we move through this month. Are you setting your intentions to move through life with a win/win attitude or with an attitude that someone must lose in order for someone else to gain? If it is the second, who loses? You or someone else?
